UPDATE: Video is online now.
From the Penguins:
Pittsburgh Penguins management, coaching staff and players hosted a sold-out Skates & Plates Charity Gala presented by Trib Total Media to benefit the Western Pennsylvania Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and the Mario Lemieux Foundation on March 9 at the Carnegie Music Hall.
The event grossed over $350,000.
Penguins’ players donned tuxedos and passed plates instead of pucks as they greeted guests and served as waiters for the evening. Top tip honors and bragging rights were shared by Penguins’ captain Sidney Crosby and goaltender Brent Johnson.
Along with dinner, the event featured silent and live auctions. Prizes were also awarded to guests for the top tips collected by the players.
Commemorative aprons signed by a Penguins player and embroidered with the event logo are part of an online auction available at pittsburghpenguins.com through March 24. One apron signed by the entire team is also up for bid. Proceeds from the auction will also benefit the Western Pennsylvania Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and the Mario Lemieux Foundation.
Since 1986, the dinner has been an annual event for the Penguins, raising more than $5 million for medical research.

Well, to clear up any confusion, in the picture to my left…where they are both holding the Stanley Cup, Sid is on the left, Mario on the right.
Hope that helps.

First off, i like this site because you pretty much get info from every team in the NHL. lately though, it’s been almost as enjoyable to look at the comments of any story mentioning the Pens and counting how many Wings fans are able to comment before anyone else, while pretending to be over their jealousy and pettyness of losing in the finals last year.
the most i’ve seen is 4 straight to lead off the comments, but today was two, so not bad either. Kind of like those annoying posts on other sites, when 8 different people write “first” or “1st”...
