Tickets for Two Penguins Pre-season Games On Sale Now

Tickets for two Penguins pre-season games at CONSOL Energy Center are on sale now.
One of those games – Wednesday, Sept. 22 vs. the Detroit Red Wings – will be the first hockey game ever played in the new arena. The other game going on sale will be the Tuesday, Sept. 28 matchup against the defending Stanley Cup champion Chicago Blackhawks. Both games start at 7 p.m.
Tickets may be purchased online at http://www.ticketmaster.com or by calling 1.800.745.3000. They also will be available at all Ticketmaster outlets, and at the Dick’s Sporting Goods Box Office at CONSOL Energy Center. The Penguins are planning a special youth promotion for their other home pre-season game – Saturday, Sept. 25 vs. the Columbus Blue Jackets at CONSOL Energy Center. I’m surprised at the price points for the new arena. The cheapest seats in the house are over $50 with charges. That’s a bit steep for preseason action, imo.
