Phoenix Assigns Porter To AHL Team

GLENDALE, ARIZONA—Phoenix Coyotes General Manager Don Maloney announced today that the Coyotes have assigned forward Kevin Porter to their American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate, the San Antonio Rampage.

Porter, 22, has recorded 5-5-10 in 25 games this season for the Coyotes and has scored two game-winning goals.  He also registered his first career point (assist) while making his NHL debut in the Coyotes’ season-opening win over Columbus on Oct. 11.
